We heard a lot that dance is integral to being human. It is human thought and feeling expressed through body movements. From getting fit to improving mental and physical health, this model of creative physical activity might be incredibly rewarding. Whether you love it or not, I bet you have been in extreme need of doing it many times in various situations of your life, from being in a friendly party where impressing your new partner is all you want, to where rebuilding your weak brain and body is all you must do. So you should not be amazed if I say there are as many reasons to make love with dance as there are cells in the body—vow what a claim, our creator forgives me as long as this article proves it [Laughing].
